  18. (Piracy).     Do not upload or exchange commercial software.
  19.               Authors deserve compensation and have the right to insist
  20.               on payment before you try their software.  Please notify
  21.               the SYSOP of this RBBS-PC of any violations of this rule.

  24.   TIME.       Ask, give a reason, help support this board with uploads
